Our Semi-annual General Meeting to be held this coming Sunday, 4 November has been moved. It was planned for the Selkirk College Library but the College has increased their room rental fee from $30 to $80. Therefore we will be holding our meeting at the Castlegar Public Library, 1005 – 3rd Street, in the downstairs meeting room.
We have booked the room from 12:00 until 16:00. This will give us time to bring lunch and chat informally as usual, then convene the meeting at 13:00 until about 15:00, and still have time for questions after. Please pass this information on to any beekeepers you talk to this week. Sorry for the short notice, but the price change sort of caught us by surprise.
