The 9th annual Castlegar Garden and Nature Fest is happening this coming Saturday, 26 May at the Castlegar Community complex from 10:00 until 15:00. I can be there as usual for most of the day, but need to attend a memorial service from 13:00 – 14:00. Bronwyn is off on holiday and is not available to cover for me. So if you can spare some time, particularly from 1 until 2-ish in the afternoon, I’d really appreciate it. Of course, I’d welcome the company at any other time of the day that you could come as well. It involves talking about bees, answering questions, and pointing out the queen bee in the observation hive to the interested kids and their parents.
