West Kootenay Beekeepers thank Dave and Pat Johnson for again hosting their Field Day on Sunday, June 11 at their place on Ogilvie Road in Harrop. (Follow the Harrop-Procter Road up the hill from the ferry landing. When it turns left, watch for the “Honey” sign on the left and turn in before the nurseries.) We will try to combine a barbecue with the event for the first time this year. Hopefully things will work out. So please bring something to throw on the grill for yourself. Also something to share would be nice, like a salad, snack, buns, desert, ??? And of course your beesuit. Things will start around 11:00. Hope to see you there.
