Prototype frames were sent to a number of beekeepers for them to try out and provide feedback. One of these was John Gates in Armstrong BC. He will be giving a short presentation to our upcoming BCHPA meeting in Kamloops. You can be sure that it will be the buzz (sorry) of conversation. If it all works as designed, it could be the biggest revolution in beekeeping in 160 years since the movable frame hive was invented. If the crowd-source funding is anything to go by, a lot of people seem to think so. With a six week fund raising goal of $70,000 they already have $3,000,000 in just three days!!!!
