The Spring meeting of the West Kootenay Beekeepers (the West Kootenay Division of the BC Honey Producers Association) will be Sunday, March 1st at Selkirk College’s Castlegar campus. The meeting runs from 12 noon to 4:00, preceded by a meet & greet bag lunch in the cafeteria from 11:00.
Bring your own food & drink; the kitchen’s closed Sundays. This open meeting combines the spring BCHPA meeting with our monthly beekeepers’ gathering. Non-members and new beekeepers are encouraged to attend; in addition to BCHPA business, which is always very informative, there’s plenty of time for questions and comments.
