From the Kootenay Local Agricultural Society in conjunction with Mad Dog Farm, a series of beekeeping classes designed to take the novice beekeeper through their first year of beekeeping. Starting in the class room with an intense one day seminar on everything bees, the course group then meets once a month for a field day where students can get hands on experience as the season progresses.
